I love the idea of doing something with Supernatural (the tv series). Although, I'd love to see Nepeta and Equius being some sort of Sam and Dean team.

Maybe Karkat is different from the others of whatever creature he is because of his blood mutation. It like, chills him out or something and Equius just wants to kill him and be done with it but Nepeta can tell that something is different about him.
